Ms. Mundy's practice consists mainly of litigation in state and federal courts. Ms. Mundy represents individuals and business entities in state and federal court and at administrative hearings. Ms. Mundy represents the Talbot County Department of Social Services. Ms. Mundy's practice also includes appellate work before the Court of Special Appeals.

In 2002, Ms. Mundy began her legal career with Foster, Braden & Thompson, LLP. In 2011, Ms. Mundy was awarded the "Outstanding Attorney Award," by Mid-Shore Council on Family Violence. Ms. Mundy has been recognized as a "Leading Lawyer," by Whats Up Eastern Shore.

Prior to attending law school, Ms. Mundy earned a Bachelor of Arts Degree from the University of Arizona and was employed as a paralegal with the Attorney General's Office for Arizona and the United States Attorney's Office for the District of Phoenix focusing on criminal litigation.

Ms. Mundy resides in Annapolis with her husband, Michael and her son.
